EASY ACCESS
Drive towards Uluwatu on the main Uluwatu road. after the Nirmala supermarket at the crossroads for Balangan beach continue up the hill for about 1km and you will see a big Garuda statue on your right. This is the entrance to Pecatu Graha and Dreamland beach. Drive down the wide road through the golf course and you will see the Ocean in front of you. Continue on down past the entrance to the Golf club and the entrance to Dreamland beach is at the bottom of the hill on your left. Cars must use the park and ride system but motorbikes can drive down to the boardwalk, where you have to walk the last 200m's down to the beach. There is a small parking fee here. The break is fun for all surfers, regardless of your level. When the waves are small, the inside left is best. When the waves are higher than 4ft, the right and left outside is best. It is mellow and even beginners can enjoy it. You don't have to worry about the reef, as the water is quite deep and the bottom is covered in sand.
DREAMLAND BEACH
Dreamland beach (sometimes called New Kuta Beach) is a beautiful beach, with white sand stretching for over 300 metres. This beach is very attractive for tourists and surfers alike, offering great swimming and body-surfing in the clear blue water and spectacular sunset views, where you can chill out with a beer or meal in one of the many beach cafes, as the sun sinks slowly into the warm tropical water. For surfers, the advantages of this beach are powerful and mellow beginners waves that make it one of the most versatile surfing spots in Bali. The waves here can be enjoyed by complete beginners right through to professional surfers The break is fun for all surfers, regardless of your level.
